How do I verify my account?
After signup, click the verification link sent to your email. You must verify before withdrawing any funds.
How do I change my password?
Go to Profile → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then set a new one.
I forgot my password—what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link to choose a new password.
How do I change my email?
Contact support with proof of ownership (recent TX IDs or account details). They’ll update your email securely.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No—only one account per person is allowed. Multi‑accounting risks suspension or permanent ban.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a strong, unique password; secure your email with 2FA; never share credentials or click unknown links.
Does RollerCoin support two‑factor authentication?
Not yet. We recommend enabling 2FA on your email and using a strong password for your account.
Why was my account banned?
Accounts get banned for multi‑accounting, bots, cheating, or violating the Terms of Service.
I can’t log in—what should I check?
Ensure correct credentials, verify your email, clear cache or try another browser. If all fails, contact support.
How do I recover my account if hacked?
Contact support immediately with all required proofs (email, recent withdrawal TXs). They’ll guide you through recovery steps.
